You represent and warrant that you are physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and during all betting activities. We employ geolocation verification technologies to confirm compliance with this requirement. By registering an account, you confirm that you possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indonesian law. You are not under any legal disability, guardianship, or other condition that would impair your ability to understand and comply with these Terms and Conditions. Each Member is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with hb09. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited. Any Member found operating duplicate accounts will have all accounts suspended immediately. hb09 reserves the right to void wagers placed from duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings. This policy prevents bonus abuse and maintains platform integrity.

Upon registration or at any time thereafter, hb09 may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures. This typically involves submitting clear, legible copies of your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP), proof of address dated within the last three (3) months such as a utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie photograph holding your identification document next to your face for liveness verification. Verification requests must be completed within fourteen (14) days. Accounts that remain unverified may have limited functionality including restricted withdrawal capabilities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify hb09 customer support immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced security.
You must promptly update your account information if any details change, including residential address, telephone number, or email address. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in missed important communications from hb09 regarding account status, bonus offers, or policy updates. hb09 is not responsible for communications sent to outdated contact information.
hb09 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer from major banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata. hb09 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees or administrative charges. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors. We recommend confirming fee structures with your financial institution before initiating deposits.
hb09 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international financial regulations. All deposits must be used for legitimate betting activities. Members must wager at least one times (1x) their total deposit amount before requesting withdrawals. This requirement prevents hb09 from being used as a payment processing intermediary. Suspicious activity patterns including rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without substantial wagering will be flagged for compliance review and may result in account investigation or closure.
To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified through completed KYC procedures, all bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied, and you must have wagered at least one times (1x) your total deposited amount. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to twenty-four (24) hours. hb09 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, receiving banks or e-wallet providers may deduct their own transaction fees from the amount you receive. These fees are set by your financial institution and are beyond hb09's control. We recommend checking with your bank regarding their incoming transfer fee policies.
You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it has been approved and processed by hb09. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your bank or e-wallet, it cannot be reversed. Funds from cancelled withdrawals are immediately returned to your account balance and become available for wagering.
By claiming any bonus, free bet, free spins, or promotional offer from hb09, you agree to comply with the specific terms and conditions attached to that promotion. Bonus terms are clearly stated on the promotional page and in your account dashboard. If you do not agree with the bonus terms, you should not claim or activate the bonus. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, also called turnover or playthrough requirements, before they convert to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) before withdrawal eligibility. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires Rp 2,000,000 in total wagers. If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements remains on your account, the bonus and any associated winnings from that bonus will be forfeited. Only your original deposited funds and winnings from non-bonus wagering will be processed for withdrawal. You will receive a warning before confirming any withdrawal that would result in bonus forfeiture.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and bet type as published on hb09. Results are determined based on official league or tournament announcements. In the event of postponements, cancellations, or venue changes, hb09 follows industry-standard settlement rules which vary by sport. Bets on cancelled matches are typically voided and stakes returned. If a match is postponed but rescheduled within forty-eight (48) hours, bets generally remain valid. Live in-play betting allows wagers to be placed while events are in progress. Odds fluctuate continuously based on match developments. There may be slight delays between real-time events and odds updates due to data transmission and processing. hb09 is not responsible for losses resulting from delayed odds updates. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment you confirm your wager. Once accepted, bets cannot be changed or cancelled even if odds change immediately thereafter.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are clearly displayed for each game. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers and recorded continuously for dispute resolution purposes. The following betting practices are strictly prohibited: arbitrage betting (simultaneously betting on all outcomes of an event to guarantee profit); syndicate betting or coordinated wagering among multiple accounts; use of automated betting bots or software; exploitation of technical errors or system vulnerabilities; and any form of cheating, collusion, or fraud. Members found engaging in prohibited practices will have their accounts closed and balances forfeited.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance subject to normal withdrawal procedures and wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened for a minimum cooling-off period of thirty (30) days. Permanent self-exclusion is available through our Responsible Gaming program for members who wish to close their accounts indefinitely due to gambling concerns.

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as inactive. Inactive accounts with balances below Rp 100,000 may be closed with notification sent to the registered email address. Inactive accounts with balances exceeding Rp 100,000 will be maintained but may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of Rp 50,000 deducted from the account balance until the account is reactivated or the balance falls below the threshold.
While hb09 strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues without prior notice. hb09 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, including inability to place or cancel bets due to downtime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
hb09 integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data feeds. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures in third-party systems beyond our reasonable control. This includes bank processing delays, e-wallet system outages, incorrect sports data from feed providers, and game malfunctions in third-party software. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues but cannot be held liable for resulting losses.
In any event, hb09's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose, or ten million Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 10,000,000), whichever is lower. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission. The hb09 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
